ご注文から最大20営業日の配送時間を要します。
以下、お問い合わせが多い質問です。
①商品の発着期間について
当ショップでは海外に在庫があるため、
ご注文が集中した場合や、受注生産制の商品に関しましては
なお配送日時は営業日基準となりますが、基本土休日にもお問い合わせ、発送業務を行っております。
②注文完了メールが届かない場合
ご注文時に登録されたメールアドレスに間違いがあるか
③ご注文キャンセルについて
④長期不在・住所不備に関して
お客様がご不在の場合は、
なお、発送日から7日以上経過した商品は、
※配送先住所に誤りがある場合は、
番地の記入漏れが多く見受けられますので
お客様のご都合(長期不在・住所不備)による
2)商品のお色は、屋内や光源の度合で画像と誤差が出る場合がございます。 また、各モニターの特性でも異なる事がありご理解の上ご購入ください。
3)ご注文完了後のカラー・サイズ変更はお受けしておりません。
・サイズ変更、カラー、イメージが違う、実寸が違うなどのお客様都合での返品・交換は一切お受けしておりません。
・海外商品の為、採寸に誤差が発生する場合がございます。
・海外商品の為、写真と生地素材の相違がある場合がございます。
・海外製品のため、裁縫は雑な場合がございます。ほつれ、糸の始末、洗濯タグなし、しわ、ビーズやボタンなどのしつけが甘いなどの場合がございます。ご理解の上ご購入の方お願い致します。
・海外製品のため、ジーパンやデニムなどのボトムスはボタンホールに穴が空いていない商品もございます。その場合はお客様自身で穴を開けて頂く形になりますので、こちらも予めご了承下さい。
・商品に匂いや汚れをつけたり、ご試着されたもの、洗濯されたものは交換/返品できません。
・到着から6日以上経過した商品交換/返品できません。
⑦不良品が届いた場合
お届けした商品に不良が見受けられた場合には、返金または同一商品と交換させていただく場合もございます。
(不良品に関しましても、商品到着後6日以内にご連絡を頂けない場合、返品はお受け出来ませんのでご了承下さい。)
交換をご希望の商品が品切れの場合は、払戻し処理を進めさせていただきます。
以下の場合は返品・交換をお受けできませんので、ご注意ください。
・お客様のご都合による返品・交換(カラー・サイズなど)
・タグの付いてない商品(タグが切り離された状態を使用済とみなします)
・到着から6日以上経過した商品
・使用済み、あるいはお直しや洗濯、クリーニングされた商品
・お客様のもとでニオイが付着したり、汚れ、キズが生じた商品
4)ご注文完了後の、商品の変更・追加・キャンセルは一切お受け致しておりません。
5)お客様の個人情報は発送以外に使用することは一切ございません。

(3) Cancellation of order

(4) Long-term absence and inadequate address

(6) Precautions

3) We do not accept color or size changes after the order is completed.

・ Because it is an overseas product, there may be a difference between the photo and the fabric material.
・ Because it is an overseas product, sewing may be rough. There may be fraying, thread cleanup, no laundry tag, wrinkles, and poor discipline such as beads and buttons. Please understand before purchasing.
・ Because it is an overseas product, some bottoms such as jeans and denim do not have holes in the buttonhole. In that case, please note that you will have to drill the hole yourself.
・ Products that have been smelled or stained, tried on, or washed cannot be exchanged or returned.
・ Products cannot be exchanged / returned more than 6 days after arrival.
(7) When a defective product arrives or a product that is different from the contents of the order is received
If the delivered product is found to be defective or if you receive a product that is different from the contents of your order, we will refund or exchange it for the same product in some cases.
(Please note that even for defective products, if you do not contact us within 6 days after the product arrives, we will not be able to accept returns.) )
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
