Paidy next month payment (convenience store/bank)

  • Each month, we will close the billing process at the end of the month and issue an invoice on the 1st of the following month. We will also notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the month.
  • Payment methods include convenience store payment (via convenience store terminals), bank transfer and direct debit.
  • The payment due date is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit payments, the payment will be debited on the 12th*. However, for January and May, the payment may be debited on the 20th*.
  • Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, the fee is 356 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. For direct debit, no payment fee will be charged.

*If a bank holiday falls on a day other than the bank holiday, the next business day

Delivery date and time of the product

Delivery takes up to 20 business days from the time of order. *Delivery times vary depending on the product.

*Due to high volumes of orders, delivery may take longer than expected.

Possibility and conditions of return

If you would like to return or receive a refund, please contact us in advance via email, official LINE, or official Instagram.


We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Products with tags removed

・Some fraying of seams

・Slight paint peeling on some decorative items ・Products that have been delivered more than 3 days ago ・Products with missing tags ・Products that have been used even once ・Made-to-order products
・Special limited edition items (special limited edition items with a particularly short sales period)
・If the product is damaged or soiled due to customer negligence (including packaging and accessories)
・Sale items ・Returns due to customer convenience (different image, wrong size, wrong order, etc.)
- Anything that clearly shows signs of use (e.g. smell of perfume or tobacco, makeup stains, damage to the product, dirt, etc.)

・If you are unable to receive the parcel due to an extended absence, the amount will be refunded minus the round-trip shipping fee of 2,000 yen (tax included). Thank you for your understanding.
