About ordering
Time from order to delivery
We will ship your order within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day after your order is confirmed. Please note that it may take as little as 4 days and as much as 14 days from the time of shipment until you receive your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification, so please wait for a while.
*In the case of bank transfer, the item will be shipped after the transfer is completed.
*Delivery dates and times vary depending on the product.
*Depending on the order status, it may take longer than the above dates.
I haven't received an order completion email
Please check your spam folder as it may have been filtered out.
If you have not received the email, please contact us via DM on Instagram or our official LINE.
Incorrect input of address, etc.
Due to the specifications of our order system, we are unable to change any orders once they have been confirmed.
What happens after paying with Paidy?
You will be notified of the billing amount via email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the following month. Please then make the payment at the designated convenience store on the 10th of the final billing month.

Returns and Exchanges
Product returns and exchanges
・We cannot accept cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges after an order has been placed due to customer reasons (wrong size, no longer needed, worse condition than expected, very small stains or scratches, stains after wearing, fraying, color different from expected, etc.). Also, since we handle handmade items, minor scratches, fraying, etc. are not considered defects. Please check again before purchasing.
・We strive to provide accurate size information, but due to individual differences in the product, manufacturing method, materials, etc., the size may differ by about 1 to 3 cm from the indicated size. Please note in advance.
-Please note that in the case of initial defects (exchanges), we cannot respond if you do not contact us or return the product within 7 days after it arrives.
Refund process
The refund procedure will vary depending on the payment method you specified when placing your order. Please see below.
■Credit card payments: Refunds will be processed by the credit card company.
Depending on the card you use, it may take up to two months for the actual refund to be made, so if you have any questions about the timing of your refund or the amount shown on your statement, please contact your card company's support desk.
■Pay Later (Paidy)
<Before payment> The charge for the product will be canceled.
<After payment> The amount of the returned item will be reflected in your Paidy balance after we receive your return/cancellation notice.
If you continue to use Paidy, the points will be automatically applied to your Paidy usage from the following month onwards, but if you do not use the service for three months, Paidy will contact you.

■Bank transfer/convenience store payment (Currently, bank transfer/convenience store payment is not available.)
We will refund you by bank transfer based on the account information you provided.
■PayPay
A refund will be made via PayPay. Please check the details on the PayPay management screen.
Regarding delivery companies for returns
There is no designated shipping company for returns. Please be sure to use a shipping method that allows tracking (a method that leaves you with a copy of the shipping slip).
*If you are sending by mail, please use Yu-Pack or Letter Pack.
Regarding boxes and packaging when returning items
When returning an item, you may use a box other than the original box.
*When returning an item, please be sure to include all accessories that came with the product.
*We are not responsible for any accidents or troubles such as damage or loss that occur after the return procedure.
I received a different product than what I ordered
If you receive a product that is different from your order, we apologize for any inconvenience, but please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will have a specialist check the item and send you the correct product as soon as possible.
*If we are unable to exchange the product due to sales conditions, we will provide a refund.
